  • Shipping Time: We typically dispatch orders within 2 to 7 business days after receiving payment. Our warehouse operates during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. In the event of delayed shipments, we endeavor to minimize any inconvenience to you.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will promptly contact you to discuss potential solutions.
  • Domestic Shipping Time: Domestic orders generally arrive within 2 to 7 business days.
  • International Shipping Time: Standard international shipping usually takes 4 to 20 business days, while Fast shipping takes 3 to 7 business days.
  • Unexpected Delivery Delays: If delivery time exceeds expectations, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate and promptly resolve the issue.
  • Change of Delivery Address: You may request a change of delivery address before the order is shipped.

Change of Shipping Method

*Once the order has been shipped, the shipping method cannot be changed.

  • Upgrading from standard shipping to expedited shipping: You will need to pay the price difference and any applicable transaction fees.
  • Downgrading from expedited shipping to standard shipping:
    • If expedited fees have been paid and a downgrade is requested within 24 hours after the order, we will fully refund the expedited fee.
    • If a downgrade is requested within 72 hours after the order, we will refund 80% of the expedited fee.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for the value specified by the courier company.

  • Damaged Packages in Transit: If a parcel is damaged during transit, please contact the local courier or logistics company and notify us. After investigation,  we will contact you after the investigation to provide a solution.
  • Lost Packages in Transit: If a parcel is not received within the expected delivery time, please contact the local courier or logistics company and notify us. We will contact you after the investigation to provide a solution.
