Return and Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return and refund policy, allowing you to request a return and refund within 15 natural days of receiving the package. However, it should be noted that we only accept returns for products received with defects prior to use and still exhibiting quality issues related to manufacturing after replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items will not be accepted for return if they are sent back to us without prior authorization.

You can apply for return and refund services if

  • The product has manufacturing defects prior to use within 15 natural days of receipt.
  • Quality issues related to manufacturing persist after replacement.

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund

  • Purchase errors or changes of mind due to personal reasons.
  • Refund requests made more than 15 natural days after receipt.
  • Products found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate testing by YC Onion technical support.
  • Inability to provide valid purchase proof or receipts, or suspicion of forgery or tampering of such proof or receipts.
  • Any product malfunction or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
  • Product damage caused by uncontrollable external factors such as fire, flood, strong winds, and lightning.
  • Failure to return the product within 15 natural days after refund or confirmation of replacement by YC Onion.


Customers are responsible for the costs associated with product returns or replacements.

  • Transaction fees incurred by various platforms (such as PayPal, Airwallex, Shopify, etc.) at the time of receipt of payment will be borne by the buyer.
  • If the order enjoys free shipping service, the shipping fee borne by the seller for the buyer will be deducted from the refund.
  • When returning products, buyers are responsible for arranging logistics for the return of items. If the buyer requires the seller to arrange on their behalf, a handling fee of $15 per item and logistics costs to send the items to the return acceptance location will apply. All mentioned fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
