How can I control the device through the mobile app and interlink different devices?

Preparation:

1. Ensure that your phone's GPS and Bluetooth are enabled and functioning properly.

2. Verify that your device has sufficient battery power.

3. Check that your network connection is stable.

4. Make sure your device's firmware is up-to-date.

Connecting Instructions:

1. Open the app and locate your device under "Product Category."

2. Tap on the device option and select "SEARCH DEVICE."

3. If everything is working correctly, an icon of your device will appear. Tap on it.

4. Tap "USE NOW" to start using the device.

Interlinking Instructions:

1. To interlink multiple devices, return to the home page after tapping "USE NOW."

2. Connect each device once to add them to "My Device."

3. Open "My Device" and long-press to select the first device.

4. Once all devices are selected, tap "Enter linkage mode" to initiate the interlinking process.

What should I do if I can't find the device using the app?

If you are unable to find your device using the app, follow these steps:

1. Check whether your phone's GPS and Bluetooth are enabled and functioning properly.

2. Ensure that your device has sufficient battery power.

3. Verify that your network connection is stable.

4. Make sure your device's firmware is up-to-date.

5. If everything appears to be in order but you still face difficulty finding the device, please contact us via email at info@yconion.com, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
