Before Placing an Order

How to place an order?

Please kindly follow these simple steps:

  1. Add items to Cart.
  2. Click "CHECK OUT" when you've added everything you need.
  3. Complete the required information and click "Continue to shipping."
  4. Review your details, then click "Continue to payment" to finalize your purchase.

What payment methods are available?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. We also offer prepayment via bank transfer. Please follow the provided payment instructions carefully for bank transfers to avoid any issues. Please note that any additional charges resulting from payment failure due to the payer's oversight will be the sole responsibility of the payer.

How do I get my subscription code?

Please simply subscribe to our website at www.yconion.com to receive your unique code!

How to apply my coupon code?

During the checkout process, you'll have the option to enter your coupon code in the designated field. Once applied, the discount will be reflected in your order total.

Before Receiving the Order

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address for you. Please contact our customer support team promptly with the order details, and we'll do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee successful modifications, and any additional costs for changes will be fully borne by you. Therefore, please double-check the information before submitting the order to ensure its accuracy.

Once your order has been shipped, no modifications to the order information can be made.

Can I cancel my order if it's not shipped?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, contact our customer support team with your order details, and we'll process the cancellation and refund accordingly. Please note that service fees charged by Shopify, Airwallex, etc., will not be refunded if the order is cancelled due to your personal reasons.

Can I modify the items in my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the items in an existing order. If you wish to add or remove items, we kindly suggest that you cancel the original order (if not shipped) and place a new one.

After Receiving the Order

What should I do if the package I received is different from my order/have quality issues/missing parts?

We advise carefully inspecting the package upon receipt to ensure nothing is missing or damaged. If you notice any abnormalities, we recommend not signing for the package and contacting our customer service center immediately for assistance. In situations where you cannot check the package before signing, we suggest recording an unboxing video as after-sales proof. This will help us address any issues effectively and ensure a smooth resolution to any concerns you may have.
