Q: How to place an order?
Order instructions

3. Fill in all the information required and then click "Continue to shipping" to move on to the next step;
4. If all the information is correct, please click "Continue to payment" to pay the bill.
 
Q: Where do we ship the order? / Where do our warehouses locate in?
A: YC Onion has warehouses in China, Russia, and Spain. We also have Amazon warehouses in America, Japan, and Europe. If you place an order, we will send the order to you depending on the stock of the warehouses.

Q: I want to return items/get my item repaired/get a refund, what should I do?
